Warrier Films is a media firm based in Bombay. Directors Sajit Warrier and Design Director, Rajni Gadhvi founded it in 2007.
The organization focuses on collaborative design with a distinct conceptual edge. Design with a meaning. The work spans diverse industries from Feature Films, Production, Advertising, Marketing, Network Branding for television, Show Packaging, Promo Design.
Our focus is first to communicate what the client needs. Our approach to work is simply engage, entertain and communicate.
Sajit Warrier
Writer/ Director/ Producer/Special Effects Supervisor
Sajit Warrier is a feature filmmaker with more than 15 years of experience providing media-agnostic content solutions, specializing in developing and executing stories which impact the youth. Adept in all forms of media, his expertise lies in films, original series for OTT, VFX, Ad films, Digital & Broadcast TV shows, show packaging, promos and motion graphics. He has successfully developed a visual style which is enhanced by his sense of storytelling. Working with film/tv studios in Hollywood, Los Angeles, Dubai & Mumbai, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry. Namely Oscar winning VFX supervisor Volker Engel (Independence Day), music composer Ramin Djawadi (Iron man Pacific Rim, GOT fame) while directing his short film Shoofly which was screened at AMPAS. He has worked with international VFX studios like Artem Studios, London while directing his feature film Fired, Academy award-wininng character effects studio ADI as a creative producer on Total Dhamaal where he headed the production team. He was involved in planning and creating VFX for the entire film. Professionalism aided with the understanding of Indian psyche has helped him lead a team of 10-200 collaborators in building his distinctive vision to bring creative solutions to several media related challenges.
Rajni Gadhvi
Design Director/Creative Director
A Creative Director with more than 15 years of design experience and 10 years in a team lead role, Rajni Gadhvi has acquired the ability to look at the big picture not only artistically & technically but also with the client’s end goal in mind. Her set of experiences come from working in a start-up as well as large network television, corporate & design studios. Working at the start-up has helped her appreciate how to stretch limited resources creatively; while working at large network studios she has had the experience of assembling and driving large teams.These varied environments have honed her interpersonal communication skills and developed the ability to collaborate with designers and engineers alike. Successfully applying a diverse range of expertise in Digital, Broadcast TV, Branding, Show packaging, Art direction, Promos, Motion Graphics, 3D Projection Mapping & UI Design. Having worked at design and broadcast branding firms in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mumbai, she has teamed up to build a start-up content platform for 101India.She defines herself as a video and branding professional with a passion for shaping the consumer experience in markets varying from developed to emerging space.
